At the forum, Dariy Adaev delivered a presentation introducing the company as the country’s largest FMCG distributor and a leading 3PL operator. At the center of the presentation was a topic that is especially relevant today for both international and local businesses: how to build a sustainable logistics model in a fast-growing market.</p>
<p>The core message of the presentation came through very clearly: Uzbekistan is currently in a phase of active growth, and for businesses today it is crucial to take the right position at the right time. Population growth, rising consumer demand, urbanization, and the expansion of the domestic market are creating a new environment in which logistics is becoming one of the key success factors. The presentation specifically highlighted that the country’s population has reached 38.24 million, annual growth remains at +1.8%, and GDP growth in 2025 reached 7.7%. All of this points to the market’s strong potential and long-term attractiveness.</p>
<p>At the same time, market growth is automatically raising the bar for infrastructure. The faster consumption develops, the greater the importance of managed logistics, a modern warehouse network, and precise regional coverage. The presentation also emphasized that Uzbekistan’s geography creates additional operational challenges: major demand zones are spread across Tashkent and the surrounding region, the Fergana Valley, and the southern and northern parts of the country. Such a structure requires a strong logistics architecture capable of operating systematically and reliably across the entire territory of the country.</p>
<p>Particular attention in the presentation was given to the infrastructure question. Today, the market already requires a larger volume of high-quality warehouse solutions and a more mature 3PL model. This is especially important for companies entering the market, scaling their sales, or seeking stronger control over their supply chain. The presentation showed that under these new conditions, the winners will be businesses that treat logistics as part of their commercial strategy from the very beginning, rather than as a support function.</p>
